Ruby Bingo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of these offers at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check here for changes and updates.
It is important to note that bonuses are always paid in the game currency, which is GBP (£). Although you may deposit and cash out in the currency you chose when you registered at Ruby Bingo, the game is played and prizes and jackpots are paid out, in GBP (£).

Your account balance is displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen. This shows two balances: your main Cash Balance and your Bonus Balance.
Balance
This is your Cash Balance and is where all your deposits and your winnings will be credited. This will be shown in the currency you selected when you registered. If your chosen currency is not GBP (£), the current exchange rate used to convert your cash into GBP (£) (the game currency) will be displayed below your balances. Your cash is converted as you purchase bingo tickets.

If you move your cursor over the balance information, a pop-up window will show details of the exchange rate and the equivalent value of your cash in the game currency - GBP (£).
Bonus
This is where all your bonus money is paid and will always display in the game currency (GBP(£))

If you hover your cursor over the Bonus Balance, a pop-up window will show you the breakdown of your Bonus Balance as follows:

• Bonus money available for play. (Remember, that any cash in your Balance is used before Bonus money.)
• Bonus money that has to be redeemed before it can be used for play.

 New Player Bonus

Ruby Bingo gives all players a New Player Bonus; this enables you to try our games before making a deposit. If you have already registered another account or you have already taken a New Player Bonus you are not eligible for this promotion.
How to claim your New Player Bonus:

1. Click on “Play Now” to enter the software or Download the bingo software.
2. Click "Create Account" and follow the steps to register a "Real Account". (click here to download and register an account).
3. You’ll receive a welcome email shortly after completing registration – click on the verification link within the email to register for the £16 no deposit bonus.

Please note that when you accept our bonus you will be subject to wagering requirements. The minimum deposit and wagering requirements must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. Should you prefer the option of making an instant withdrawal you will need to opt out of the Ruby Bingo Bonus scheme. 1. In order to make a withdrawal from your real money account you must have made at least one successful deposit to your account, and the wagering requirements as shown above must have been met.
2. To be eligible to win jackpots and have the prize funds credited to your account, you must have previously made a successful deposit to your Ruby Bingo account.
3. All unused New Player Bonus funds will be removed from your Bonus Balance after 30 (thirty) days unless you have made a successful deposit.
4. The New Player Bonus is available in addition to the First Deposit Bonus.

 First Deposit Bonus

This bonus is only available to players making their first deposit at Ruby Bingo.

How to claim your First Deposit Bonus:

1. Download the bingo software or click on "Play Now" to enter the software.
2. Click "Create Account" and follow the steps to register a "Real Account". (click here to download and register an account)
3. In the lobby area, click on "Cashier" and choose your preferred method of payment in order to make a deposit to your real money account. The amount you deposit will affect the level of bonus you receive, based on the table below:

4. Funds which are re-deposited into your account following reversal of a withdrawal do not qualify for a deposit bonus.
5. Deposits made while a withdrawal is pending will not attract any deposit bonus.

 Ongoing Deposit Bonuses

For every deposit made into your Ruby Bingo real money account, a bonus is given.
How to claim your Ongoing Deposit Bonus:

1. Play through your entire First Deposit Bonus and any New Player Bonus.
2. Go to the lobby area, click "Cashier" and choose your preferred method of payment to make a deposit to your real money account. Note: the amount you deposit will affect the level of bonus you receive based on the table below:

 Chat Room Bonuses

Chat Moderators are authorised to award bonuses in Chat Rooms as they see fit. Bonuses that you earn in the Chat Room will be paid into your Bonus Balance and can be used immediately.
The following terms also apply to the Chat Room Bonuses issued by CM's for Chat Games and ad hoc bonuses given during a chat game:

1. You can only qualify for Chat Bonuses if you have a bingo ticket in play for the chat game/tournament/promotion and you are actively in chat.
2. You must have made a recent deposit (within 15 days of playing the chat game)
3. The CM's decision will be final and may withhold Chat Room Bonuses at their discretion.
4. General Terms for Bingo Bonus Money apply.
5. There is no wagering requirement on Chat Room/ Referral Bonuses.

 Referral Bonuses

Referral or Refer-a-Friend Bonuses of £10 will be paid into your Bonus Balance and can be used immediately.
How to claim your Referral Bonus:

1. Log in to Ruby Bingo and go to the lobby area. Click on "Cashier" and then "Invite a Friend" in the lower menu bar.
2. Enter up to three e-mail addresses in this screen and click "Submit".
3. If you have more than three friends to invite, simply go through the above process again.
4. An automatic e-mail will be sent to your friends on the e-mail address you have provided.
5. There is no wagering requirement on Chat Room/ Referral Bonuses.

The following terms also apply to the Referral Bonus -

1. To receive the Refer-a-Friend bonus both referrer and referred friend must have made a deposit of minimum £5 each.
2. Only the referrer will receive the £10 bonus, the referred friend will be eligible for the New Player Bonus and the First Deposit Bonus.

 Birthday Bonus

Birthday Bonuses are given to loyal players at the discretion of our staff and can be used immediately. General Terms for Bingo Bonus Money apply.

Free Tickets

Free tickets are available in every bingo room on purchasing a certain amount of tickets. The info panel on the left hand side of the screen shows how many free tickets are available up to a maximum number and cost.

How to get free tickets:

1. Click on the name of the room you want to play bingo in.
2. Refer to the info panel on the left hand side of the screen to see how many tickets you need to buy in order to qualify for free tickets, as well as the maximum number available.
3. Select the number of buyable tickets up to the minimum amount to qualify for free tickets. A pop-up box will appear to inform you that the next tickets you select are the free tickets.
4. Once all free tickets are selected, the pop-up box disappears and any further tickets you select are payable.
5. The free tickets selected are to be used only in the same game where you have bought tickets.

General Terms for Bingo Bonus Money

1. Bingo bonus money can be used to purchase bingo tickets and to play on the mini-games (slot and scratch card).
2. Bonus money cannot be used to play the side-games available under the chat function, such as Roulette, Blackjack and Video Slots. These games are cash-only.
3. Any funds won on the mini-games (slot and scratch card) when playing with bonus money, will be paid back in bonus money to the bonus account.
4. Bonus money cannot be cashed out and remains the property of Ruby Bingo.
   Your Bonus Money account is shown above the Cashier button in the game, as "Bonus". By holding your cursor over the word "Bonus" you will be able to see how much is playable and how much is remaining to be redeemed as you buy bingo tickets.
5. Cash in your real money account is always used before bonus money.
6. Any bonus money in your account will be removed when a real money withdrawal is made.
7. Unless otherwise stated, all bingo bonus money has a X 4 wagering requirement. For the purposes of satisfying wagering requirements only the purchase of bingo tickets qualify.
8. Ruby Bingo reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player(s) are participating in strategies that Ruby Bingo in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, Ruby Bingo reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Ruby Bingo will be final.
9. All bonus money paid into your account will remain there for a maximum of 30 days unless a deposit is made to the real money account. Any bonus money not used within 30 days of receiving it will be automatically removed after the 30 days.

PROMOTION & SPECIAL CONTEST TERMS

General Promotion & Special Contest Terms & Conditions

• Prize Draws and Contests are open players aged 18 or over, except for Employees of our parent company or any of our licensees, software suppliers and developers, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the draw.
• Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferrable, unless stated in the specific terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to award a different prize of similar stature if the advertised prize is not available for any reason.
• The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw. If they are not contactable within a further 48 hours via phone or e-mail we will redraw the prize winner.
• We require confirmation from the chosen prize winners that they have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions before any prizes are issued. If the fore mentioned confirmation has not been received within 4 (four) working days of the initial winner status notification, we reserve the right to pick a new winner(s).
• We reserve the right to use any winner's first name, country and/or state/province for promotional material. Full name and full address details will not be used. The winner may be invited to take part in post-event publicity.
• We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that we deems to be abusive, they reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
• We will not be responsible for any technical, assembly or recall problems in association with the product purchased with a gift card.
• We have no liability to the winner, whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise, for any injury, loss or damage (including consequential loss) the winner, partner of choice or any third party suffers or incurs arising out of or in connection with the prize.
• All times and dates are based on UK time.
• All monetary values are in GBP pounds unless otherwise stated.
• We are unable to ship prizes outside the UK, so a cash or bonus alternative (or equivalent at prevailing exchange rate) will be available for non-UK residents only.
• We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to end users, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance. We will not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion.
