LOYALTY PAYS WITH RUBY REWARDS

Join Ruby Bingo and you'll also be joining our fabulous Ruby Rewards scheme. It’s very simple - the more you play, the more we'll pay!
This is how it works: Every time you buy a bingo ticket with your cash balance, or play on the mini games or side games (accessed via the Side Games list on the bottom of your bingo screen) you start to earn Ruby Rewards.

Your Rewards can then be exchanged for cash at a rate which improves with your Ruby Reward Level. The Ruby Reward program works in all currencies, so if you have registered to deposit and cashout in UK Pounds, for example, your Rewards will be exchanged for UK £s. For every 5 (five) units of currency you spend on bingo tickets, whether it’s UK Pounds, US Dollars, Euros or whatever your chosen currency is, you will earn one Reward.

Redeeming your Ruby Rewards
To view your current Ruby Rewards, go to the Cashier in the bingo lobby and click the Ruby Rewards tab at the bottom of the cashier window. The total Rewards you have accumulated will be shown as well as your current Reward Level and the number of Rewards you need to get to the next level. If you have any Rewards which have not yet been redeemed for cash, the Rewards available for exchange and their value will be displayed above a ’Redeem’ button. If you don't want to redeem all your Rewards, amend the amount shown and press the Redeem button. The cash value will be added to your account immediately. The minimum amount you can exchange is 20 Rewards.
Redeeming your Slots Rewards
To convert your Side Game Rewards to cash, go to the Cashier from the game and click the Slots Rewards tab. The window will show how many Slots Rewards you can redeem and your redemption rate. Just click the ’Convert to Real Money’ button and the cash value of your Slots Rewards will be added to your account immediately.
The Ruby Reward Program
Your Ruby Rewards are worth a lot more than their cash value. As you accumulate Rewards, these will be used to calculate your Ruby Reward level and as your Reward level increases, you will receive an improved exchange rate for your Ruby Rewards. The table below shows how many Rewards you need to reach each level and the Ruby Reward exchange rates that apply.

For example, if you have reached a total of 2,500 Ruby Rewards, you will be automatically moved to Reward level 6 where your exchange rate is 14.  If you have 150 Rewards in your account which you have not yet cashed in, you can exchange them for cash as follows:
150 ÷ 14 = £10.71 (or currency equivalent)
Ruby Rewards Terms & Conditions
Ruby Rewards will only be awarded to players when they have reached the spend requirement using their cash balance.
The minimum amount of Ruby Rewards to exchange is 20.
